Caffe Med. in Telegraph Ave. Berkeley, CA (April 15th)

For a while, Rabia & I had good times relaxing. Last Friday,we went to the French Hotel in Berkeley,CA to drink coffee. And then, the coffee shop's maestro told me I can have my show at French Hotel. And yesterday, we also went to KPFA Radio Station & met Tom Mazzilini.  So we are very happy ! But we played at Caffe Med. today...SUCKS !!! We don't know why it's so bad....lol. We will change our song lists from next gig...ahhhh.

HAPPY EASTER !

Mike Wilhelm, who is my friend, played with his band Hired Guns on April 5th. I took photos of him and his band. It's so cool sound. I posted this photo and he gave me a message that " Keizo Yamazawa is a superb photographer in fact, he's the bomb ! " he wrote this on Facebook, April 7th. Thank you very much, Mike !  Also Big Brother & the Holding Company's Sam Andrew wrote Keizo is great photographer on his blog. So I'm very happy with them.

Yesterday, Rabia & I played at El Cerrito Plaza, CA. We played twice Egg & Sausage for 7min and 12min. And today, we played same song for 17 min. Really I need Bass G. Player & Drummer.... maybe we will be playing the song over 30min. Anyway, today's very good day !

Caffe Med. in Telegraph Ave. Berkeley, CA (April 4th)

My body condition has been good since 2007 but some strange pain has stayed on my body 24/7. For while, I have strong pain, and I couldn't play the guitar until this morning. Rabia asked me to stay home. My an answer was NO. Today was so fantastic gig we had. We played the music of Tom Waits "Egg & Sausage", ...... Mose Allison tnue...lol. ..., and....."Automobile Blues" ...Especially these songs were very succesfully playing today. I haven't always used blues scales, but I used the one a lot today. My guitar solo time was so long then I worried my playing.....BUT people were there and enjoyed our play even my condition was too bad. So I'm happy for writing this !
